‘I am the carer of my adult brother, who has Down Syndrome. For the past 2 years I have worked with Connexus Support, who have provided 1-on-1 support on a weekly basis. Throughout this period, they have been very supportive, flexible and professional. Their client always comes first, and every effort is made to satisfy my brother’s needs. As a carer, it is very reassuring to know that my brother has developed a good rapport and friendship with his support worker and is always happy to see him. Happy participant, and a happy carer!’
