These include allied health professionals, household assistance, and domestic support. Facilitating these connections is central to our ethos, as we believe it plays a vital role in enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.

Personal care

Connexus Support specialises in assisting individuals with disabilities in daily living activities to maintain independence and quality of life. These supports can include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, and medication management.

Capacity building

 Connexus can provide support to help individuals develop skills, confidence, and independence to achieve their goals. These supports may include life skills training, employment support, social participation programs; aiming to enhance a person’s decision making, and participation in the community.

Social and community access

Social and community disability access supports help individuals participate in social, recreational, and community activities. These services promote inclusion, independence, and connection by assisting with transportation, social skill development, and access to community programs. A main goal of Connexus is to enhance quality of life and encourage active participation in society.

Transport assistance

Striving to improve mobility, independence and access to essential services and social activities, Connexus can offer transport assistance in a number of ways. Providing direct transport, public transport support/training and many other supports, Connexus strives to removes barriers in community access and assist with independent travel to school, work, appointments or social activities.
